Offshore drilling contractor, Perisai Petroleum Teknologi Berhad (PPTB) , through its subsidiary, Perisai Offshore Sdn Bhd (POSB) , has secured contract extension for Perisai Pacific 101.
In the filing to Bursa Malaysia today, PPTB said its unit, POSB, has been awarded Letter of Contract Amendment and Contract Extension No.1 from Petronas Carigali Sdn bhd (PCSB) for Samarang Drilling Campaign.
The contracts duration is estimated for two (2) wells campaign with estimated revised contract price for Contract Extension No 1 is USD 7,600,000.
