Destini Oil Services Sdn Bhd (DOS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Destini, was awarded contract by Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB) to provide Integrated Well Services for Intervention, Workover & Abandonment for Petroleum Arrangement Contractors (PACs)
In the filing to Bursa today, the company said received Letter of Award on 20 September 2019. The contract shall commence on 20 September 2019 and expires on 19 September 2024.
The contract does not constitute any commitment by PCSB to guarantee any minimum quantity of works to be performed DOS. Any instruction of works shall be made on a call-out basis through the issuance of work order by PCSB.
